Onboarding a new client floor without a reporting project
A repeatable checklist for BPOs bringing a new account live on shared analytics in under a week.

Every new client used to mean a bespoke reporting build. It doesn't have to. The work is mostly definitional, and definitions can be templated.
The checklist
- Connect the CDR feed and confirm volume matches the dialer
- Apply a disposition mapping template, then review exceptions only
- Agree the client's success metric in writing before go-live
- Run a coverage health check across the first 72 hours
- Set alert thresholds against the client's own baseline, not a default
Why the health check matters
Thin or unmapped data early produces confident wrong numbers, and a client's first impression of your analytics is hard to reset. Flagging low coverage openly builds more trust than a clean-looking chart that turns out to be wrong.
