What we process
Vapia processes call detail records and related metadata supplied by our customers in order to produce analytics, predictions and reports. We act as a processor on behalf of the customer who controls that data.
Website data
When you browse vapia.ai or submit a form, we collect the details you provide plus basic analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. We use these only to respond to you and to improve the site.
How we use it
We use submitted contact details to reply to enquiries, schedule demos and provide support. We do not sell contact data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Retention
Customer call data is retained for the term of the agreement and deleted on request. Website enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
