The BI backlog is the real reporting bottleneck
Ops doesn't need another dashboard. It needs the answer to today's question before today ends.

Ask any contact-centre operator what they want from reporting and they rarely describe a dashboard. They describe a question: which campaign is dragging the average down, why did Thursday collapse, which area codes are worth more capacity.
Dashboards answer yesterday's question
A dashboard is a frozen question. The moment the operator's question changes, the dashboard is stale and a ticket goes into a queue. The queue is the bottleneck, not the tooling.
Conversational reporting, with guardrails
- Plain-English request, chart in seconds
- Follow-ups that keep context
- Same metric definitions as every other screen
- Full drill-down to the underlying calls
The guardrail matters more than the AI. A generated report that uses different definitions than the dashboard beside it destroys trust faster than no report at all.
